The short version.
Last updated 26 August 2026. Using Outsocial means agreeing to these.
What this is
Outsocial is a public leaderboard. Every position on it is bought: you pay, your total goes up, and your rank follows from that total and nothing else. There is no algorithm and no editorial choice behind the order.
Payments are final
Positions are paid in USDC on a public blockchain. Once a payment is confirmed on chain we cannot reverse it, and neither can we. Pay only what you are willing to spend on a position that somebody else may take from you a minute later.
Nothing is guaranteed
A position lasts exactly as long as nobody pays more. Buying rank one buys you rank one until it does not. We do not promise traffic, clicks, followers, revenue, or any outcome at all — only the placement you paid for, for as long as it stands.
Your account
One account, one profile. You are responsible for your password: there is no email on file, so there is no reset — losing it means losing access to the account and anything paid for under it. Do not share it.
What you list
Only list accounts you control. Proving control is required before a profile can take payment, and required for every account on it to hold a place at the top of the leaderboard. Listing somebody else’s accounts is grounds for removal without refund.
Age, and what we host
You must be 18 or older to hold an account and to pay for a position. We host no content of our own: a profile is a set of links to accounts elsewhere, and whatever sits behind one is governed by whoever hosts it and by that platform’s own rules, not by ours.
Removal
We may remove a profile that is impersonating somebody, that links to anything illegal, or that is being used to abuse the leaderboard. Money already paid is not refunded — which is the point of saying so here rather than after the fact.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after that is how you accept them.
Entry price is $5. Every figure on the leaderboard is public, permanently.
